The item(s) must be unworn, in its original packaging with swing tag attached and not damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged. For women's pieces, the hygiene label must still be attached. Please note that D
Do I have to pay for the shipping?
If you opted in with Checkout+ when processing your purchase, you are eligible for free returns/exchanges. If you did not opt in, then you will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs (unless item is faulty).
What is the difference between an instant refund and a regular refund?
