The item(s) must be unworn, in its original packaging with swing tag attached and not damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged. For women's pieces, the hygiene label must still be attached.

Please note that DIY's, Custom Designs, made-to-order or Final Sale Items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
