An instant refund generates your refund immediately via a third party (Refundid).

Please note you will see a pending charge appear in your bank account as a security deposit, in case you don’t send the other pair back.

You will also be asked to supply some identification for credit security reasons.

Selecting refund to payment method as your chosen resolution, your money will be refunded into your bank account once the item/s arrives back at our warehouse.
