This 30 day money back guarantee applies to underwear purchased directly from our website or Budgy Smuggler retail stores only.
2. Claim period
You must submit your refund request within 30 days of the purchase date with original receipt
3. What is covered
The guarantee covers the purchase price of the underwear only. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
4. Single item purchases
You may try on one item to assess fit and comfort. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund. You do not need to return the worn item we request these are washed and donated to causes like THREAD TOGETHER
5. Bundle purchases
If you purchased a bundle, you may try on one item. Any unworn items must be returned to qualify for a full refund of the bundle.
6. Return shipping for bundles
We will provide a prepaid return label for any required returns under this guarantee.
7. Condition requirements
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.
8. Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear beyond initial try on.
9. Refund processing
