What happens next?

If you opted for a refund, you will be emailed a return shipping label (or you can print directly from the returns portal if offered). Use this to return your unwanted item/s to our warehouse for processing. Once received, your refund will be processed.

If you opted for an exchange, you will be emailed a link to pay for the shipping of your new item. Once paid, you will be emailed a return shipping label. Use this to return your unwanted item/s for processing. Once received, your exchange item/s will be dispatched to you via standard shipping
