Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 90 days of purchase.
Please note that DIY's, Custom Designs, made-to-order or Final Sale Items are not eligible.
For AUS and USA returns or exchanges, please use our returns portal.
The portal guides you through the returns process, but if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team [email protected]
For customers outside of AUS/USA:
Please post the unwanted item/s to our warehouse at 9 Orchard Road, Brookvale, 2100, NSW, Australia via post.
Include in the package a note with :
- Your order number
- Your shipping address
- Email address
- Phone number
- What you would like to do (i.e refund or exchange for another size).
- The item and size you would like to exchange for (if applicable)
Once received, our team will process the return/exchange here and send out the new item/s to you if required :)
Keep your tracking number handy just in case!
