- Process your return through our Portal here: https://budgysmuggler.com.au/apps/redo/returns-portal/login
Please note: You will need your Order Number and Post/Zip Code to enter the portal. - Once processed:
- If you opted for a return/refund, you will be emailed your return shipping label to print and send your unwanted item/s back for a refund
- If you opted for an exchange, you will be emailed a link to pay for the new shipping of your new items. Once paid, you will be emailed your return shipping label to print and send your unwanted item/s back to us.
- Alternatively, if you provide the electronic label to Aus Post, they will print the label for you.
- Drop the package into a red AusPost box - will need to be within 10 days if you have opted for an instant refund.
- Wait for your refund/exchange to be processed.
