How do I return an item?Updated 11 days ago
It's easy!
- If you are located in AUS or USA, please use this returns portal - https://budgysmuggler.com.au/a/service
- If you are not located in AUS or USA, please see return instructions at the bottom of this article.
- For AUS/USA, Process your return through our Portal.
Please note: You will need your Order Number and the delivery Post/Zip Code to enter the portal. - Once processed:
- If you opted for a return/refund, you will be emailed your return shipping label to print and send your unwanted item/s back for a refund.
- If you opted for an exchange, you will be emailed a link to pay for the new shipping of your new items. Once paid, you will be emailed your return shipping label to print and send your unwanted item/s back to us.
- Alternatively, if you provide the electronic label to Aus Post, they will print the label for you.
- Drop the package into a red AusPost box (or USPS box for USA) - will need to be within 10 days if you have opted for an instant refund.
- Wait for your refund/exchange to be processed.
For returns and exchanges outside of AUS/USA, please follow the below instructions:
Please post the unwanted item/s to our warehouse at 9 Orchard Road, Brookvale, 2100, NSW, Australia via post.
Include in the package a note with :
- Your order number
- Your shipping address
- Email address
- Phone number
- What you would like to do (i.e refund or exchange for another size).
- The item and size you would like to exchange for (if applicable). Please include a second option in the case your first is out of stock.
Once received, our team will process the return/exchange here and send out the new item/s to you if required :)
