At Budgy Smuggler, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. We strive to make swimwear that will last you at least a couple of seasons with standard use.

Chlorine pools: Chlorine exposure causes severe and progressive degradation of swimwear materials. Whilst our polyester fibres are chlorine resistant, the elastane that gives your swimwear the most comfortable fit can be easily broken down and damaged by chlorine exposure. With regular chlorine swimming, we would expect your swimwear to last around 3 months.

To help get the best life from your swimwear, we recommend rinsing in fresh water immediately after exiting the water, washing on a delicate cycle, and drying flat in the shade.

Do not leave your swimwear in the sun or in the car.

Tie any drawstrings/cords securely during wear and cleaning.

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear or damage from contact with other surfaces/materials.
