If you are getting confusing messages about your design, sorry for this, the design portal we use is utilised by multiple brands across multiple products, so sometimes the messaging may not quite correlate.

As long as your design looks how you want it to look online, and you have used the highest resolution images, then it should come out great.

Our production team will usually flag any obvious issues.

If you need human help creating your design, our design team are able to assist, but there is an $80 design fee for orders less than 10 items - [email protected] 

Please note: our swimwear is printed onto white material, so dark colours may not come out as rich as anticipated. 

We suggest leaving a gap between images/text and edges/stitch guidelines as they may be cut off during production.

Colour selection in the design portal is for illustration purposes only, we do allow for a slight variation in colour shades on actual products. 

Our printers use CMYK. If using your own image/photo, colours may not be printed exactly as they are in your photo. 

Your design will be printed on a non-fluro printer. If using images that contain florescent colours, they may not print out as expected.  

If you need specific colours (say for branding, or for florescent colours) we suggest you work with our design team ([email protected]) instead of DIY to ensure your desired results.
