I want to add an image to my design, what are the requirements?Updated 2 months ago

To cover the full area of the design, you will need an image of 3800px x 2600px @300dpi.

Uploaded images should be either jpg, gif, png, ai, pdf or svg.

Our printers print in CMYK. Florescent colours may not come out as bright as expected.

Note that colours can vary from your digital images compared to when printing onto the white, polyester fabric. 

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all images meet the above guides, we don't accept responsibility if an inserted image/logo does not print as desired.

DIY designs are printed immediately after submitting your order, we do not check all designs before printing. If you need your design checked, please reach out to our team before submitting your order.
